Visiting Disney World

We just returned from our third visit to Disney World. As always, it was magical.

We usually stay offsite at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek because we love the resort and the convenience of having a full kitchen along with a washer and dryer. We checked in early so that the kids could spend the evening lounging around the lazy river.

On our first morning, we had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. The food was really good! The strawberry soup was a favorite. Of course, meeting all the characters was great. We enjoyed a lot of good food.

Tip: We loved ordering food on the Disney app. It made meals a relaxing time, no standing in line to order. We could just sit down and take it easy until our food was ready.

Of course, one of the best parts of Disney is ordering mouse shaped food the size of your head!

During our four days we visited all four parks. The storm trooper parade at Hollywood Studios was loved by all. Of course, It’s a Small World is still popular with us.

One of our favorite places to take photos is against the mural wall by the ruins on the Maharajah Jungle Trek in Animal Kingdom. It’s usually a little less crowded, and you can take some great photos (when you can get your kid to cooperate)
