Holiday Pretzels

One of our favorite holiday desserts is actually the simplest - chocolate covered pretzels. We usually make a big batch and snack on them during the holidays especially during game nights. We store them in a decorative metal tin and enjoy them all season.

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Almond Bark - chocolate or vanilla

  • 1 container pretzel rods

Instructions

Melt the almond bark slowly in a large skillet or sauce pan over low or medium heat. Stir constantly with a spatula because it will burn easily.

Slowly roll or dip the pretzels in the chocolate. You may want to spoon the chocolate over the pretzels and leave a little uncovered. Be careful the chocolate is hot!

Place each pretzel on parchment paper until it cools. Then store in a container for the holidays. Enjoy!
